To bring the building to turnkey, snag, handover and create a soft-landing package including all maintenance and operation manuals.


Agile can work on agreed day rates or % of the build cost. Project costs can be tailored to suit the size and complexity of the project.

Initial first consultation and presentation on the client’s needs are of no cost. If the client takes on Agile services, we can do so under standard contract or an agreement tailored to suit the project.
